FACILITY
No, it uses the water heating system that you have at home and with a single device placed under the sink, it serves all the taps in the bathroom.
AquaReturn is easy to install, and you can do it yourself by following the simple instructions and template included in the product box. Alternatively, we can arrange installation for you or provide guidance over the phone if you have difficulty.
The most convenient thing would be to install an AquaReturn under the bathroom sink where the hot water is used the most and which is furthest from the water heater, since it is where the hot water takes the longest to come out and, therefore, where the most water is wasted. When the device in this bathroom warns that the water has reached the desired temperature, you can open any other tap in the house and the water will also come out hot.
The device measures 21.8cmX13cmX10.6cm.
For an installation on the stopcocks, we recommend that there be at least 19 cm from each stopcock on the wall to the bottom of the worktop. While, from the wall where the shut-off valves are installed, to the drain through which the water from the sink goes down, there must be at least 14 cm. Although if it does not fit under the sink it can be placed to the side. The placement of the device must be horizontal (vertical and horizontal installation).
Although the bracket keys on the wall are not located at the 10 cm required by the Standard, the cold water fitting slides and can be adapted to distances between 5 and 15 cm.
Also, using some additional hoses, it can be hung like a painting, using the pre-cut eyelets for this purpose or lying on a leash in the cabinet under the washbasin, in any interior niche and even under the washbasin cabinet.
The appliance cord is 1.5 metres long.
For safety reasons, as it is a wet area such as the bathroom, it is recommended to use an earthed extension cord.
The current device is designed to be placed in the bathroom, under the sink, for maximum water and energy saving benefits. If it were installed at the outlet of the water heater, it would not prevent the pipes that are still cold from cooling the water as it passes through them.
The type of water heater does not influence, nor should they meet any type of requirement, but it is important that it starts correctly with the flows indicated in the heater's instruction manual.
The current device is not designed to serve centralized DHW community installations (due to a matter of regulations), but rather for installations in homes with a heater, thermos or boiler in the home itself.
The ideal is to install an AquaReturn appliance in the bathrooms with the most use of hot water, especially if it is a multi-story or if the bathrooms are very far from each other. In any case, a device can be installed in the bathroom where hot water is used the most and that is furthest away from the water heater, and when the buzzer warns that the water is already hot in that bathroom, it will also be hot in any other tap in the house.
No, installing a device under the sink allows you to service all the taps in the bathroom. When the hot water reaches the sink in which the AquaReturn is installed, the hot water pipes are full of hot water, available from any faucet.
It is not possible without modifying the installation. Yes, it can be installed in the false ceiling, in the pipes that supply the sink, but not in those that supply the shower.
If the hoses of the faucet do not go to some shut-off valves, but go directly to the wall, it can be placed under the sink following the instructions that we indicate below:
- Buying two 60 cm hoses are usually appropriate and will fit Australian plumbing with 1/2" male end and a 1/2" female end.
- Shut off the water from the general bathroom faucets.
- Open the faucets below the bathroom, so that the water from the pipes comes out through them.
- Release the hoses from the wall. Some water will come out, so you have to have a rag and a bucket ready.
- Place the equipment on a shelf or hang it (using the template included in the product instructions), where it does not interfere when opening and closing the doors or drawers.
- Place the hoses that come out of the tap at the AquaReturn outlet, squeezing slightly without slitting or twisting the tubes. Left, hot water. Right cold water.
- Place the purchased hoses, which will go from the wall to the AquaReturn water inlet (Observe the indicator arrows, which are behind the equipment). Left hot water. Cold water right.
- Open the faucet in the sink and then the general stopcocks in the bathroom, for 10 seconds to purge the air that they have caught.
- Close the sink faucet.
- Plug in AquaReturn, which after 5 seconds of operating its switch will be ready to work.

- Once the payment option is selected, and to complete the purchase process, we will ask you to accept the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy and these Conditions of Sale.
- Once the registration is complete, you will receive an email confirming your registration and the order made and the details of the order.
If you are an already registered customer , you must log in with your username and password and proceed to make the purchase as indicated above, ignoring the steps mentioned in points 5 and 7 above.
In any case, you can always choose if you want a different delivery address or modify your personal data.
There is no minimum quantity to make a purchase.
Acceptable forms of payment are:
Credit or debit card for online store purchases or bank transfer for direct contact purchases. In each case, an invoice and receipt will be sent to your email address.
In case we have a billing problem, don't worry. We will be able to contact you to solve the incident.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and informed to the customer during the purchase process and before order confirmation in the "Online Store". These shipping costs may be free or passed on to the customer, depending on the amount of the purchase and/or destination area.
In certain cases, shipping costs may be calculated based on the volume of the order or exclusive negotiations with the client. Check conditions with our customer service department.
Delivery time for orders placed online or directly is estimated at 2-10 business days depending on the delivery location. Delivery will be made by courier service during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. However, the delivery times could be modified due to reasons beyond our control or force majeure not attributable to AquaReturn.

- Consult the history of orders and keep track of recent orders;
- Edit, modify/update your user data.
- Manage/modify shipping and billing addresses;

Once the order is confirmed, AquaReturn will issue the invoice via email.
You can track the shipment of your Order by selecting the "My Account" section of our Website, and clicking on "Order History". Alternatively, in the shipping confirmation you will receive by e-mail you can click directly on the link of our carrier. The tracking link will be available within 24 hours from the time the carrier picks up your package.
Return policy
Orders placed in the online store can be returned as long as it is in any of the following situations and within the periods indicated below:
- Products damaged by the carrier
In the event that the return or exchange is due to the fact that the product has been damaged or broken due to transport, whether it is a final consumer client or a commercial client, you must contact AquaReturn immediately and no later than 24 hours after receipt of the same, in order to process the replacement and/or payment of the products. In this case, the customer will not have to pay return costs. - Incorrect products
In the event that the return is due to the fact that the product(s) received does not correspond to the one(s) purchased by the customer, for reasons attributable to AquaReturn, in the case of a consumer customer final or commercial customer, the customer must contact AquaReturn as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after receipt of the order, in order to process the shipment of the correct product. In this case, the customer will not have to pay return costs.
The costs of withdrawing the merchandise due to a purchase error attributable to the client, will be borne by the client and these will be calculated based on the weight of the same and the destination of the withdrawal. - Defective products
In the exceptional case that a defective product is received, the customer must contact AquaReturn as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after receipt of the order to proceed with the replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. In this case, the customer will not have to pay return costs.
To request a return with collection at the Customer's address, it is necessary to send an email to the AquaReturn Customer Service department at info@aquareturn.com.au or by phone 1300 32 32 90 and indicate:
- Reference or order number (which you will find in the order confirmation email).
- An address for the collection and the details of the items that the customer wants to return.
- Collection hours and a contact mobile phone.
- After verifying the data, AquaReturn will send a carrier in the shortest possible time. To specify the collection, the transport company may contact the Client.
The return will be made within the following 14 days, once the merchandise is received at the AquaReturn facilities and through the same means of payment with which the purchase was made, that is, Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer.
The customer will be notified via email of the status of the processing of their return and, where appropriate, the return of the money when it has been made.
If the customer estimates that the amount of the return is incorrect, they should contact us at the customer service department, detailing the incident and the reason for the disagreement.
AquaReturn reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established period, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent.
Yes, only in the event that the client has the status of final consumer.
The term to do so is within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, and as long as the product is returned in the same conditions as it was sent, without signs of improper use, with all components and accessories, manual instructions and original packaging in perfect condition.
